Go on be BOLD!
Make a promise to yourself to be willing to make mistakes often; other than the mistake of not doing anything because you are too frightened.
Mistakes bring with them a chance to:
1. Find ways that something doesn’t work
2. Get a second chance to do it differently
3. Reflect on better ways to do something
4. Ask yourself “What would have to happen if ...”
5. Meet new people
6. Free yourself from your past
7. Laugh at yourself
8. Just get feedback
9. Express your anger and frustration and then
10. Congratulate yourself for having done anything at all!
